4.14 Arizona Outlaws - WR Shaq Evans

	In the real world: The New York Jets drafted Evans out of UCLA in Round 4--I'm still amazed that they picked Evans over Martavis Bryant, and before that, they picked Jalen Saunders over Bruce Ellington. Evans had 47 receptions for 709 yards and 9 TDs last season. Sigmund Bloom said in his part 3 of his Pre-Draft 100 rankings: "Thickly built and good overall athleticism, but needs some polish."
	In the TUFF world: This gives the Outlaws ten wide receivers as of the time I posted this Draft Wrapup. Assuming Randall Cobb, DeAndre Hopkins and rookie Brandin Cooks are the starters, that leaves Evans battling it out with six other wideouts for roster spots.
